The level estate totals just over 3 HA on which is planted a willow and ash plantation containing some 400 growing trees. The property is surrounded by sheep fencing and hedging and has separate features of eucalypt, pine/fir and deciduous tree growing areas. In the past five years sheep and pigs have been raised on the fields.

Potential

The property has tremendous potential for development. It is ideal for horses and other livestock. With the development of the old cattle byre into a second home or two holiday gites, it could be made into a tourist venue with little effort. The potential is as varied as you would wish it to be.
